The Importance of Vitamins

Vitamin D

is crucial for maintaining bone health, and our bodies can produce it when our skin is exposed to the sun. It’s also found in foods like fatty fish and mushrooms. 

Vitamin E

is an antioxidant that can be found in foods like almonds, avocados, and spinach, and helps protect our cells from damage by free radicals.

Vitamin K

found in leafy green vegetables like kale and spinach, plays an important part in the process of blood clotting and can be found in those veggies.

The B vitamins

All of the B vitamins, including thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folate. These are essential for keeping neurons, skin, and red blood cells in good health. They can be discovered in a wide variety of meals. Such as meat, dairy products, and green leafy vegetables.
